General Booking Terms & Conditions
- Passes cannot be refunded.
- By ordering a ticket, you are confirming that you meet the recommended age rating for the events as provided by the festival.
- Workshop and 1:1 attendees must have already purchased a suitable MOVE Summit pass for the day that the activity is being held. There will be no admittance to a booked session without proof the attendee holds a relevant MOVE Summit pass.
- Proof of Student ID will be required when purchasing or collecting student and graduate passes.
- By booking with us you will be added to the MOVE Summit mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any point by clicking unsubscribe in the newsletters. Contact may be made directly through our booking system should there be any important information regarding your booking.
- All pass orders are subject to a small booking fee. MOVE Summit absorbs as much of this fee as we can, however there is a portion that is passed on to the customer.
- By ordering a ticket you agree that you will adhere to our events Code of Conduct. Breaching our Code of Conduct will result in your immediate removal from the event with no refund.
- Should MOVE Summit have to cancel any part of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, pass holders will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued for any days that have not yet commenced at the time of cancellation.
- By creating an account with Eventive, you agree to the Eventive Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- MOVE Summit reserves the right to remove or block anyone using inappropriate, offensive/abusive language or actions from attending or interacting in a live event. Participation and attendance in future live events, chats or ability to purchase passes to future events run by MOVE Summit Ltd may be revoked.
- Although we will endeavour to accommodate all dietary requests, our catering team may not always be able to cater to more serious allergies. If in doubt, please email us to double-check prior to booking your ticket.
- Any delegates registering on or later than 16th February 2026 should be advised that we are no longer able to change our order with our catering company and therefore any specific dietary requirements flagged from this point onwards will not necessarily be accommodated. If you have any concerns about this please contact us by email ASAP.
- You agree to view the MOVE Summit website and Eventive website, including all associated features and functionalities, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service or content. You agree not to archive, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on or obtained from or through MOVE Summit.
