Using her experience and expertise as an Executive Producer and Animation Executive, Joyce focuses on non-exclusive animation consulting through the company she founded in Scotland, Linden Animation Consulting Limited.
Clients include animation studios, creative companies and individuals across the United Kingdom, North America, Europe and Asia. Joyce has extensive connections with animation studios that she has worked with directly or in co-productions throughout the world including Europe, Japan, South-East Asia, Australia and Latin America.
Joyce helps companies and individuals with strategic studio planning, mentoring executive teams, team members and individuals to increase their growth, wellbeing and effectiveness in their roles.
Experienced in development, she builds the skill sets of filmmakers and guides from development, pre-production, production to post, guiding on best practices and how to navigate problems while achieving creative goals.
Joyce also advises on constructive communication between teams in partner and co-production studios, sharing guidance on the considerations to review when selecting and working with animation studios.
Prior to this, Joyce was Senior Manager at Netflix, establishing and leading the Production Team for Animated Series Preschool, Kids & Family. Previously she was the Senior Director of Production at Spin Master Entertainment based in Los Angeles, and Vice President,
Production at Disneytoon Studios and Disney Television Animation.
Joyce is a dual citizen of the United Kingdom and the United States and has worked extensively as a Global Scot supporting Scotland’s businesses at home and abroad.
