CARRIE LIAO (Head of Story) led the Story team for the Academy Award®-nominated “Zootropolis 2”.
She previously served as a story artist on the Oscar®-winning “Encanto,” on which she boarded scenes such as Mirabel’s confrontation with Abuela Alma at the film’s emotional climax, and she was also a story artist on the Oscar®-nominated “Raya and the Last Dragon.”
Prior to joining Disney Animation in 2020, Liao was a story artist at Disney Television Animation, Nickelodeon, Warner Animation Group and Paramount Animation.
