Megan Anderson

Megan will be leading the Emerging Talent Day and Industry Day 2 (Friday 23rd)  workshops, AWUK workshop: Taking A Seat At The Table.


For over 20 years, Megan has designed and facilitated solutions to increase organisational effectiveness. A highly experienced consultant, executive coach and leadership development expert, she has worked with diverse teams and cultures in over 20 countries addressing the many challenges of leadership, cross-cultural team-working and changes in working practices, including increasing the effectiveness of remote and virtual teams.

With a particular focus on the Creative Industries, she is passionate about helping leaders to achieve their potential and enhance the performance of those they manage. Over the past decade she has worked with hundreds of leaders in organisations including the BBC, Aardman, Channel 4, Netflix, Disney, Arts Alliance Media, TRC, Studio Ramsay Global, Caledonia TV Productions Ltd, DNeg, Lupus Films, Sixteen South and Wild Child Animation.

Megan is particularly skilled at navigating the complexities and challenges faced in these environments and providing clarity and practical solutions to resolve them. Working 1:1 or with teams she has helped small, medium and large organisations across a broad range of areas including: improving team effectiveness, structuring teams for maximum performance, navigating mergers and acquisitions, implementing processes to increase efficiency in productions, defining company culture and purpose, addressing conflict and underperformance, upskilling creatives with leadership skills, working with subcontractors, manage teams remotely, navigating fast growth and increasing motivation and morale. Her honest, warm, direct and practical style has consistently proved very effective in facilitating positive long-term change.
