Gregor will be leading a talk on Introducing CoSTAR: The UK R&D Network for Creative Technology on Friday 23rd.

CoSTAR provides researchers, companies and institutions across the UK with the infrastructure they need to conduct world-class R&D in the screen and performance sectors. The CoSTAR Realtime Labs in Dundee & Edinburgh will support technical R&D, live commercial production and help you access routes to investment, commercialisation and new markets. Realtime Lab DireIctor, Professor Gregor White, will introduce the programme, facilities and business support, and will explain how your company can benefit from engaging with the project.


Professor Gregor White is Director and Principal Investigator of the CoSTAR Realtime Lab in Dundee and Edinburgh, newly established as part of the UK R&D Network for Creative Technologies. He is also Co-Director and Principal Investigator of the InGAME R&D Centre for Dundee’s games development cluster. He has led collaborative research projects with creative industry partners across the games, animation, interactive and broadcast sectors and has worked with government and sector agencies to establish R&D-led innovation initiatives including Tay 5G and CyberQuarter.
