Paulene will be participating in the Ethics in Action: Crafting Studio Culture panel on Friday 23rd. 

Paulene joined BZ in 2017 as the studio’s first people/HR person. She’s seen the studio grow from 89 people when she joined to… well, a lot more than that today! She’s worked in the creative industries for almost 30 years and at BZ she has found her tribe and her work community. Paulene is one of the B Keepers at BZ making sure we are on track with our B Corp ambitions. She loves loads of things like cheese, sushi, travelling in India… but mostly David Bowie.
